DELIVERY OPTIONS
RightAngle™ Products ships products prepaid and are shipped in the most direct and economic manner.
Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
This freight policy applies to dock-to-dock business addresses within the continental United States. If a delivery address requires
special services, additional charges will apply. See below for special services pricing.
If requested, the original purchaser may ship via third party with a carrier of their choice using their own carrier account. The original purchaser is then responsible for any and all freight charges or damages incurred for that order.
Pick-up directly from the RightAngle™ Products manufacturing facility is available upon request.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please be sure to provide complete and accurate shipping information, including the street address and telephone number.
Inaccurate information can result in return or redirect of the shipment.
Please indicate any special services required at the time the order is placed. Special services added at the time of order will be charged at RightAngle™'s flat rate. However, any special services added at time of delivery will be back charged at the full carrier rate.
If an order is returned as a result of inaccurate shipping information:

Any additional charges incurred due to return or redirect of shipment will be passed to the purchasing party identified on the order's P.O.

Upon shipment and product inspection, a credit will be issued to the original purchaser for products that are approved and determined to be in like-new, resalable condition. A credit will not be issued for product(s) not deemed to be in like-new, resalable condition.

A new purchase order must be issued to RightAngle™ Customer Service to resend the order to the accurate shipping address.

The following only applies to the furniture items included on the purchase order.
